Small, fluffy, best the day they’re made…forgive me for blowing my own trumpet, but these are the business..
I’ve got to the stage where popping a batch of these in the oven takes about 15 minutes out of my life, but until you’ve got the hang of making them, I expect it to take you a little longer at first. The thing is, one of these, hot out of the oven, with melting butter and jam, seems to make the day better somehow.
